2. Domestic Shipping

4. Import and Export Standards
Export Standards
All packages comply with Mexican customs regulations, including:
Accurate declaration of goods
Use of correct product codes
Declaration of actual product value
Natural wood products such as wooden combs are generally considered everyday items permitted for export.
Import Standards
The receiving country may charge customs duties, consumption tax, customs clearance fees, etc., according to local laws.
These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be calculated or paid in advance by the seller.
Some countries may conduct additional inspections on natural material products. Buyers must cooperate with customs clearance in a timely manner. If a package is returned due to failed customs clearance or failure to provide correct information, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
5. Order Processing Time
We generally process orders within 2 business days. During holidays or peak sales periods, processing may take up to 4 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.
6. Shipping Tracking
Once the package is shipped, we will provide the shipping company and tracking number. You can use this number to check the real-time status on the shipping company’s website.
7. Shipping Responsibility
Seller’s Responsibility
Before the package is handed over to the logistics company, the seller assumes all responsibility and ensures that the packaging is complete and undamaged.
Logistics Company’s Responsibility
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the logistics company is solely responsible for the transportation process, including shipping delays, damage, or loss during transit.
Buyer’s Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and contact information, and for checking the shipping status and cooperating with customs clearance.
If the package is returned or delayed due to incorrect information or the buyer’s failure to cooperate in a timely manner, the buyer will bear the costs.
8. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
If the package is severely damaged, shows no updates beyond the normal timeframe, or is suspected of being lost, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing an investigation with the shipping company, and the resolution will be handled according to the logistics company’s policy.
